When we were young, we often loved to fold paper airplanes. This paper airplane was like an ideal that was silently established in our hearts. When we fly the plane, we also build the seeds of our dreams in our hearts. But how to let the seeds take root in the heart and realize it step by step?

There are three basic inner elements of a dream:

1. Reality. A person's dreams are always based on reality. Acknowledging reality and pursuing development is the meaning of dreams. Denying reality and virtualizing reality makes it difficult to realize dreams.

2. Goal. Dreams cannot be seen immediately, nor should they be illusory. It is something that can gradually become a reality through hard work. This is the purpose of dreams. The formulation of goals should be pragmatic. - But when you have your own dreams, you must establish the goals of your dreams, and Work hard for it.

3. Time limit. Dreams always have deadlines. A dream without a deadline is an empty dream. Dreams can generally be divided into short-term, medium-term and long-term dreams. Under social and historical conditions with relatively many variable factors, people tend to pay more attention to short-term dreams, while ignoring medium-term and long-term dreams. Therefore, people should pay more attention to short-term plans while thinking about the long-term. Seize the opportunity, take careful countermeasures, and strive to achieve the near-term dream goals.

Write your goals down on paper. If we want to achieve our dreams, the most important thing is to put our goals on paper. Psychology has found that the human subconscious needs continuous and repeated reinforcement. If we know how to put our goals on paper, our inner mind will accept this subconscious. From the subconscious to the conscious is the need for constant repetition to penetrate deep into our hearts.

And then repeat it. The key to stimulating the subconscious is to keep repeating about our goals. This repeating often makes us know that this thing is something we must do in our life. When we know how to keep doing it, we will remember this deep purpose within us. Repeating the emphasis is to deeply transform the inner goal of the subconscious into the outer conscious mind.

Finally, there are words and actions. How to make a dream come true, in essence, is to ask yourself according to the standard of dream realization. For example, not long ago, a student told me that he wanted to become a great professional and asked me how to do it. The step of speaking and taking action is to continuously realize the subconscious through one's own actual actions, and iterate self-growth through actual actions.
